Dear Valued Customer,

Currently Rainforest Nursery is remaining open through this COVID-19 epidemic and this webpage will serve as a notification of any changes to our business. During this time of uncertainty, please know that we are committed to continuing to service you with all your live goods needs. We are open as local and state authorities have deemed our industry essential to be open for a reason; we have a moral and ethical responsibility to the communities we serve. We are proud to be a key component in the growing community to ensure that you, our customers, can maintain a sustainable food source. We have taken an increase in our Vegetable / Herb production, Fruit and Citrus Trees. Whether it’s your vegetable and herb garden or backyard orchard offerings, home gardens play a key role in ensuring a sustainable food source for months and years ahead. Additionally, we all know that gardens have become more important than ever in providing us with a safe place to retreat for peace and relief from these stressful times. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are committed to giving you the best local selection of both edibles and flowers.

We are happy to report that all of our employees are healthy and happy to be working. With that being said, we encourage our employees and customers to practice the following at all times:

Those in high risk groups (advanced age or serious long-term health problems) should not come into the nursery
Do not shake hands or touch any other customers or nursery employees
Try to remain 6 feet or more from any other person whenever this is possible
DO NOT come into the nursery if you are sick
The regular washing of hands with adequate soap and water by our employees
Spraying and wiping counters, pens and surface areas with disinfectants.

Please join us in encouraging our family, friends and communities to plant a Victory Garden filled with vegetables, berries, fruits and herbs. This will help to encourage a reduction in stress, get some fresh air and prepare for tomorrow. In our history, communities banded together to create over 20 million private gardens that produced nearly half of the nation’s edible food supply during difficult times. We will be there every step of the way to help with your Victory Garden and support our communities.

We look forward to continuing to serve you, in the safest way possible while making our communities more sustainable. Your families are in our thoughts and prayers.
